Returns & Refunds Policy
At Revoque Academic, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within the timeframes below, subject to the conditions in this policy.
✅ General Return Rules
- Returns must be requested within the applicable timeframe listed below.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.
- Please include your order number (or dispatch note) inside the parcel.
- We reserve the right to decline a return if the item is not in original condition.

⛔ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Books (except where damaged, defective, or incorrect)
- Opened or used stationery, consumables, or items not in “as new” condition
- Special-order items sourced specifically for you
- Bulk orders specifically procured for fulfilment
- Software or digital products (where applicable)
📚 Books: Special Note
Due to the nature of books, returns are accepted only where a book is damaged on arrival, defective, or an incorrect title was supplied.
📦 Packaging Your Return
- Pack items securely to prevent damage in transit.
- Use a sturdy box with padding (not a bubble envelope alone).
- Returns damaged due to insufficient packaging may be declined.
🧭 How to Request a Return
- Email info@revoqueacademic.co.za with your order number and reason.
- Photos may be requested for damaged or incorrect items.
- Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions or arrange collection.
- After inspection, we’ll process your refund, replacement, or store credit.
⚖️ South African Consumer Rights
This policy operates alongside your rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). Where goods are defective within the CPA implied warranty period, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, or refund.
